1 cup coconut oil melted
½ cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp raw local honey
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbs cinnamon
Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon into mini muffin
cups/muffin tin and freeze for an hour.
